Burleson, TX — August 26, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Sadot LLC, a subsidiary of Sadot Group Inc. (Nasdaq:SDOT), and MOTI, a digital delivery platform in partnership with Vodacom, have agreed to accelerate digital transformation for commercial transactions between African farmers and businesses.
MOTI enables goods and services delivery across Tanzania, collaborating with Vodacom, which serves over 200 million customers across several African nations. The partnership will initially focus on logistics and distribution of Sadot LLC’s farm products, including wheat, soy, corn, mangoes, and avocados from its Zambian farm. The scope will expand to include more agricultural goods from regional producers.
MOTI’s platform will enable farmers to interact directly with consumers and businesses, facilitating transactions via Vodacom’s network. Daniel Gabai, CEO of MOTI, noted the partnership marks a commercial and structural shift in how agriculture and technology meet in Africa. Haggai Ravid, CEO of Sadot, said that Sadot Group plans to evolve into a technology-enabled global agribusiness by integrating AI and data-driven technologies to enhance decision-making capabilities.
