Critical Infrastructure Technologies Receives Funds From Warrants and Critical Metals Corp Deposit
Vancouver, BC — February 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. has received $973,685 from warrant exercises and a $395,600 deposit from Critical Metals Corp. for a Nexus 20 platform sale.
CiTech (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced the funds will strengthen its financial position and support current production and international growth initiatives. The company received a total of $973,685 from the exercise of 3,245,619 warrants at $0.30 each.
The $395,600 deposit represents 30% of the sale price for a Nexus 20 platform to Critical Metals Corp. (NASDAQ: CRML). The platform is slated for deployment at Critical Metals Corp.’s Tanbreez Project in Greenland.
CiTech Chief Executive Officer Brenton Scott stated the capital injection would strengthen the company’s ability to accelerate current production and international growth initiatives.
Mr. Scott added that the company is now financially well-positioned to complete the construction of five Nexus units currently underway and to escalate international expansion.
The additional capital will support CiTech’s manufacturing program, fulfillment of existing customer demand, and continued global market development for its autonomous telecommunications and surveillance platforms.
