CHARBONE Confirms Sorel-Tracy Construction on Schedule for Phase 1a Commissioning in November 2025
Brossard, Quebec — November 12, 2025 — Leads & Copy — CHARBONE Corporation (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) has confirmed that the construction schedule at its Sorel-Tracy site is on track, with equipment installation set to begin soon.
Civil construction, started Oct. 27, 2025, is complete, including foundation work and technical infrastructure for reassembly of production systems. Major components delivered in October will be installed on-site before the end of the month, keeping the project on pace for commissioning of Phase 1a in November 2025.
Dave B. Gagnon, CEO of CHARBONE, said the project’s progress reflects the efficiency and dedication of the teams and the collaboration of technical and municipal partners. He added that the equipment installation phase marks the transition toward testing and commissioning of the company’s first clean UHP hydrogen production module in Quebec.
The Sorel-Tracy site represents CHARBONE’s first local and modular clean hydrogen production facility in Quebec and aligns with the company’s broader vision to develop a decentralized North American network for the production and distribution of clean and strategic industrial gases.
