Upside Gold CEO to Speak at CSE Event in Miami

CALGARY, ALBERTA — February 19, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Upside Gold Corp. CEO Sophy Cesar will speak at the Canadian Securities Exchange’s (CSE) Going Public and Raising Capital in Canada event on February 26, 2026, at the 1 Hotel South Beach in Miami.

The event, hosted by the CSE, will provide insights into raising capital in the U.S. and Canada and listing on the CSE.

Cesar will share Upside Gold’s perspective as a growth-stage exploration company listed on the CSE. Her presentation will cover accessing public markets, building shareholder awareness, and navigating the responsibilities of operating as a public issuer.

Other presenters include Phillip Shum, Director of Listings Development at the CSE; Michael Bluestein of Corporate Counsel LLP; and David Stein, CEO of Kuya Silver Corporation. Cap Circle is presenting the event.

Cesar stated the company is pleased to participate in the event and share its experience as a recently listed company. She added that understanding the realities of going public and raising capital in Canada is critical for growth-oriented companies.

Upside Gold Corp. is a Canadian gold-copper exploration company focused on acquiring a 100% interest in the Kena Gold-Copper Project in southeastern British Columbia, approximately 7 kilometres southwest of Nelson. The Kena Project consists of 198 mineral claims covering 10,114.8 hectares, along with 11 crown grants covering approximately 92 hectares. The company is focused on advancing the Kena Gold-Copper Project through exploration and drilling programs.

The Kena Project hosts a historical gold resource of 32,146,000 tonnes at an average grade of 0.544 g/t Au for 0.561 million ounces of gold (Indicated) and 177,507,000 tonnes at an average grade of 0.486 g/t Au for 2.77 million ounces of gold (Inferred). This historical resource estimate is disclosed in a technical report from May 3, 2021, prepared by Sue Bird of Moose Mountain Technical Services for West Mining Corp.
