CORPORATION CHARBONE's Sorel-Tracy Project Remains on Schedule; Equipment Installation to Begin Soon
Brossard, Quebec — November 12, 2025 — Leads & Copy — CHARBONE Corporation (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) confirms that construction of its Sorel-Tracy site is progressing on schedule, with equipment installation starting soon.
Civil construction, which began on October 27, is now complete, including foundation preparation and technical infrastructure required for the main production equipment. All components delivered in October will be reinstalled on site before the end of the month, following the phase 1a commissioning plan for November 2025.
Dave B. Gagnon, CEO of CHARBONE, stated that meeting the schedule at Sorel-Tracy reflects the efficiency and rigor of their teams, as well as the collaboration of their technical and municipal partners. He added that they are now entering the most concrete phase of the project – equipment installation – which will mark the transition to testing and commissioning their first UHP clean hydrogen production module in Quebec.
The Sorel-Tracy site is the first local and modular production facility for UHP clean hydrogen in Quebec, in line with CHARBONE’s vision to build a North American decentralized production and distribution network for clean and strategic gases.
