Hybrid Power Solutions Appoints Sophic Capital as Investor Relations Partner
TORONTO, Ontario — February 19, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. (CSE: HPSS) (OTC: HPSIF) (FSE: E092) has appointed Sophic Capital Inc. as its capital markets services and investor relations partner.
Hybrid, described as an emerging leader in fuel-free clean power solutions, aims to increase investor awareness through this partnership. Sophic Capital will implement a comprehensive communications strategy and introduce Hybrid to investment advisors, dealers, institutions, and financial professionals.
Francois Byrne, CEO and Founder of Hybrid, stated that Sophic Capital’s network and expertise will help communicate Hybrid’s value to the investment community during a strategic growth phase. He noted increasing customer interest in Hybrid’s solutions and believes this is an opportune time to deepen engagement with a broader range of investors.

Under the agreement, Sophic Capital will receive $8,000 per month for an initial 12-month term. Hybrid has also granted Sophic Capital options to purchase up to 1,030,000 common shares at $0.04 per share. The options vest quarterly in four tranches of 257,500 each and expire on the earlier of 90 days after termination of the engagement or February 18, 2031. These options are governed by Hybrid’s stock option plan and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).
