Ashley Gold Corp. Updates Dryden Projects, Accelerates Sakoose Ownership

September 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: ASHL) has provided updates on its Dryden, Ontario projects, including advancing the Tabor-Sakoose district scale study and accelerating ownership to 100%. Prospecting is ongoing at Tabor South and Howie Twilight Zone South-East. The company is dropping the Echo Option, returning claims to the vendor.

President Noah Komavli noted the core viewing validated historic data, with the team set to return for cutting next week. He added that Ashley will focus resources on discovery, dropping the Echo Project option after review and thanking the vendor. The company is accelerating its earn-in on the Sakoose Option to 100% ownership. The field team will continue prospecting south of Tabor and exploring the extension of the Twilight Zone on the Howie Project.

The Sakoose Option will be accelerated per the original agreement, with vendors receiving outstanding cash and shares, subject to CSE approval. Dropping the Echo property, Ashley will issue 120,000 common shares to the vendors, also subject to CSE approval.
