DETROIT, MICHIGAN — September 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Easy Environmental Solutions Inc. (OTC: DUTV) has received a deposit from an African client to deploy its EasyFEN(TM) Modular Microbe Fertilizer System in Africa, marking a significant step in combating hunger on the continent.
The company said it received a deposit on the $1.7 million system, the first of two ordered, which will provide annual recurring revenue of about $19 million for each EasyFEN unit running at full capacity.
EasyFEN is described as a decentralized, fully automatic “Fertilizer Plant in a Box” that converts local waste into Terreplenish, an organic microbial fertilizer made from recycled food and crop waste, targeting unproductive soil. The system can process two tons of biomass per hour, producing up to 2.7 million gallons of fertilizer annually.
CEO Mark Gaalswyk stated the unit will transform local waste into Terreplenish, replacing expensive chemical imports and rebuilding soil. Director of Africa Operations, Bakry Osman, added the system comes at a critical time, with over 20% of Africa’s population facing hunger.
Easy Environmental Solutions reports that one EasyFEN can produce enough fertilizer to treat over 1 million acres of farmland, potentially feeding over 16 million people, while also reducing costs by two-thirds compared to chemical fertilizers and requiring 20% less rainfall or irrigation.
The EasyFEN unit is expected to be completed and shipped to Northern Africa within 90 days. Terreplenish samples have already been delivered to the Congo and Somalia, with positive results.
Nate Carpenter, President of Feed the Famished, stated each gallon of Terreplenish restores dignity, fuels self-reliance, and chips away at the root causes of food insecurity.
