AI System by Tbilisi’s BTU Analyzes Voice for Psychological Traits

Tbilisi, Georgia — September 8, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Business and Technology University (BTU) in Tbilisi has developed an artificial intelligence system that analyzes voice patterns to identify psychological traits. The technology combines psychology, AI, and psycho-acoustic analytics to reveal cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions of individuals.

BTU’s innovation examines nuances of human speech—including tone, rhythm, and emotional fluctuations—to construct a detailed psychological profile, or psycho-code. This index maps how a person thinks, feels, and reacts, revealing personality dimensions previously difficult to measure.

Researchers analyzed 500 voice recordings during the initial phase, confirming the system’s effectiveness. The ongoing second phase involves 1,200 participants, broadening the dataset for comparative studies. Early findings have been published in European scientific repositories.

The psycho-code offers a new perspective on understanding human consciousness, providing a “wave code” of psychological processes to interpret behavior, motivations, and potential for growth. This approach advances academic research and opens doors to practical applications in mental health, education, and personal development.

Researchers emphasize that the technology complements the work of psychologists, “hacking” the human mind through voice to transform how people understand themselves.
