Toronto, Ontario — November 4, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Green Rise Foods Inc. (TSXV: GRF) has adjourned its Annual General and Special Meeting until 11:00 am on November 14, 2025, at 2 Victoria Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5E 1L4.
The decision was made due to recent postal service disruptions that caused backlogs in the physical delivery of the Notice of Meeting, Information Circular, and related proxy materials to shareholders. The company determined that adjourning the meeting would allow shareholders sufficient time to exercise their rights and submit their proxies.
Meeting materials are available on SEDAR+ and the company website. Proxies already submitted will be accepted and held until the adjourned meeting. Shareholders can submit proxies by mail, hand delivery, or facsimile to TSX Trust Company or vote online by November 12, 2025.
